Intercession Group: Miracle Center.

When I received the gift of speaking in tongues, I often wondered whether I could use it on behalf of others. But before that, I had to start a search for the meaning of the gift of speaking in tongues; this, took me a long time, because I knew almost nothing about that spiritual gift. First, I searched among my friends, if someone had had that sort of religious’ experience; secondly, I was looking for answers from priests and pastors. Finally, I read all biblical texts regarding “spiritual gift” and I am still reading books about the Holy Spirit. Once, I had received that gift, I have prayed in tongues every day, later, I wished to pray in a church, but in those catholic churches where I attend, they do not pray in tongues, so I started a new search till I found a place where praying in tongues was allowed. I visited several churches called “christians” and very soon I was praying in tongues in those meetings. I realized that when I prayed in tongues some believers, who were beside me wept. I was intrigued, therefore, I asked one of those believers why she cried. She answered. “Because, I felt the presence of the Holy Spirit, while you were praying in tongues.” Then, I recalled what a catholic priest told me. The reason I ended in tears, each time I prayed in tongues. The Holy Spirit cleaned up my soul of unclean thoughts and doubts. My belief is, if prayingis good, and the world needs to pray. Then, the person has to believe that God is waiting for their praying. That was the first seed planted into my heart, to pray for others, for their needs and for what they also get to clean their souls of unclean thoughts and doubts, as well, I did. Afterward, to pray for others became a need. But I had a problem; I should find persons that would like to receive the Holy Spirit. I felt like a novel physician waiting for patients to come into his new clinic. Now, dear believers, let me share with you a story of my passageway through the intercession. One day, I received an email from a reader of my website “Power of Prayer;” in fact, that person is a minister, who has a Ministry of Intercession running by Internet. He and his prayer warriors praying for people throughout the Internet. He invited me to pray on behalf of some of his followers. I did. Afterward, He sent me an email to let me know about the “fruit of my prayers.” Some people had healed. Yet before these events, I had looked for some intercession groups where I could participate, but I couldn't find a church where I could join in the mission of intercession. At this point, I would like to make a parenthesis. To receive the gift of speaking in tongues, I had to wait a little more than one year, after my first attempt to speak in tongues. Afterone year, I was looking to incorporate myself into an intercession group, without positive result. Nevertheless, one day, I was driving over the streets of my city, Salem, OR. When I saw a signal, it was for a worship service. Then, I called Pastor to ask if they would allow me to pray in tongues. “Of course, we are a Pentecostal church and we believe in the gift of speaking in tongues.” He said. I attended the worship service that same evening, and I prayed in tongues as the Holy Spirit guided me. One of the followers, who has the gift of interpretation in tongues, She was translating what I said in tongues. To be honest I don’t remember what she said, I only recall that she said: “I was interpreting that someone was praying in tongues.” I was the only one who was praying in tongues. A few days later, I contacted Pastor to ask if they had an Intercession Group, the answer was “yes” with a promise of an invitation for the next “intercession.” Days passed and I didn’t receive a call. Then, I called twice to remind him of my interest to participate in an intercession group. No one called back. Days later, I received a call from a pastor’s relative about my concern. I explained to him that my main interest is to pray on somebody’s behalf. After we chatted for awhile, he encouraged me to attend a prayer meeting in his church on Tuesday evenings at seven. There, I met a small group of 5 persons. I offered them my desire to integrate into an intercession group. The pastor and his followers exclaimed: “For the last four months, we have prayed for that Ministry of Intercession. Finally, God has heard our prayers.” “Finally, God has heard my prayer, too, after over one year.” I answered. I knocked on many church’s doors to offer myself as an intercession group’s servant. Now I am sure God sent me to the right place: Miracle Center Church. After of the pursuit to find an Intercession Group, I have found my own Ministry for the Glory of God.

Uno de ellos respondió: "Porque, he sentido la presencia del Espíritu Santo, mientras usted estaba orando en lenguas." Entonces, recordé lo que un sacerdote católico me dijo cuando siempre terminaba en lágrimas cada vez que oraba en lenguas. El Espíritu Santo estaba limpiando mi alma de pensamientos impuros y dudas. Mi creencia es, que si orar es bueno, y el mundo necesita orar, entonces las personas tienen que creer que Dios está a la espera de sus oraciones. Esa fue la primera semilla plantada en mi corazón, para orar por otros, por sus necesidades y que el Espíritu Santo también les limpie el alma de pensamientos impuros y dudas, como lo hizo conmigo. Poco después, orar por otros, se ha convertido en una necesidad. Pero había un problema; ahora, yo debería encontrar a las personas que quisieran recibir al Espíritu Santo. Los días pasaron y no recibí, llamada alguna. Entonces, llamé dos veces más sin resultado alguno. Días después, recibí una llamada de un pariente del pastor en relación con mi interés de participar en un grupo de intercesión. Le expliqué mi interés por hacer oración en beneficio de otros. Después de que charlamos brevemente me invito a la Iglesia donde el asiste a un estudio de la Biblia, todos los martes a las siete la noche. Allí, me reuní con un pequeño grupo de 5 personas. Yo les expresé mi deseo de integrarme a un grupo de intercesión. El pastor y sus seguidores, exclamaron: "En los últimos cuatro meses, hemos estado orando por un Ministerio de Intercesión. Finalmente, Dios ha escuchado nuestra oraciones.” "Finalmente, Dios ha oído mi oraciones, después de más de un año." Conteste. The Holy Spirit goes where He is called.

Some days ago, a friend of mine logged onto my website http://www.creyente.podbean.com which is a podcast regarding to the Gift of speaking in tongues. Soon later, he emailed me a comment to question me about my Gift of speaking in tongues. He does not believe that speaking in tongues is a gift, rather an ability to move the tongue, even though; I based my saying in accordance with the Bible: “When the day of Pentecost came, all the believers were gathered together in one place. Suddenly there was a noise from the sky, which sounded like a strong wind blowing, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then they saw what looked like tongues of fire, which spread out and touched each person there. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to talk in other languages, as the Spirit enabled them to speak.” Act 2: 1-4 He still unbelief. Yet, he went beyond of his incredulity. He dared me. He said that he might be capable to speak in tongues. I warned him that speaking in tongues is not a challenge rather it is for spiritual purposes, only. Therefore, I asked him what his intention was. “Just to prove that speaking in tongues are not a gift rather that is ability.” He said. I asked my unbelief friend how he might prove it; he said that he would move his tongue according to his desire. Once we agreed about our challenge he was aware that I will pray for him for what the Holy Spirit opens his heart to Jesus Christ. We were agreed to meet at a park near to my neighborhood _ he did not want to meet me into a church_ He arrived with one of his children, a girl 8 years old. It seems that that day, he had to take care of her. After a short talk with them, he supposedly started speaking in tongues. He sounds something like this. “bababa, taco, lalala, mabo, sambo, rumba, soto, joto, cola….” For a moment, he put a smile on his face while moved his tongues. He intended for this to bother me. He moved his tongue for at least two minutes. When it was my turn, I prayed on this way. “Heavenly father, thank you to allow me to be before your beloved Son Jesus Christ. Oh, Jesus of Nazareth, I do this praise in your Holy and powerful name. I ask you that your Holy Spirit spread over these people: Ruben and his little daughter according to your love. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray.” Around five or seven minutes later, I closed my eyes and laid down my right hand over the little girl’s head; later, I sensed the need to raise my voice and I did it for the following two minutes. When I opened my eyes the little girl had tears falling down her face. My friend did not make any comment, me either. Some hours later, my unbelief friend called me to let me know that his daughter was singing in strange language without stopping. Indeed, he was really concerned. My answer was that she had received the Holy Spirit and she also had the Gift of speaking in tongues, too. To conclude, I left to my friend this thought. “The Holy Spirit goes where He is called, but you also need to open your heart to receive it.”

El Espíritu Santo va donde le llaman.

Hace unos días, un amigo visito mi pagina web http://www.creyente.podbean.com la cual es un podcast referente al Don de hablar en lenguas. Poco después, el me envio un comentario a traves de mi correo electronico, donde me cuestionaba acerca de mi Don de hablar en lenguas. Él no cree que el hablar en lenguas sea un Don, sino una capacidad para mover la lengua, a pesar de que fundamente mi dicho en la Biblia: "Cuando el día de Pentecostés llegaron, todos los creyentes estaban reunidos en un solo lugar. De repente hubo un ruido del cielo, que sonaba como un fuerte viento que sopla, y llenó toda la casa donde estaban sentados. Entonces vieron lo que parecía lenguas de fuego, que se extendió y tocó cada una de las personas allí. Todos fueron llenos del Espíritu Santo y comenzaron a hablar en otras lenguas, según el Espíritu les permitía hablar. Parece que ese día, tuvo que cuidar de ella. Después de una breve charla con ellos, El supuestamente empezó a hablar en lenguas. Algo parecido como esto. "Bababa, tacos, lalala, Mabo, sambo, rumba, soto, joto, cola ...". Por momentos, el ponia una sonrisa en su rostro, mientras movia su lengua. Tenía la intención de que esto me molestara. El movio su lengua por lo menos dos minutos. Cuando fue mi turno, lo hice de esta manera. "Padre Celestial, gracias por permitirme estar ante la presencia de tu amado Hijo Jesucristo. ¡Oh, Jesús de Nazaret, alabo y glorifico tu santo y poderoso nombre. Pido que tu Espíritu Santo se derrame sobre estas personas: Rubén y su pequeña hija de acuerdo a tu amor. En el nombre de Jesús Cristo hago esta oracion" Alrededor de cinco o siete minutos más tarde, yo cerre mis ojos y puse mi mano derecha sobre la cabeza de la niña, poco despues sentí la necesidad de elevar mi voz y lo hice por los siguientes dos minutos. Cuando abrí mis ojos, la niña tenia lágrimas en su rostro. Mi amigo no hizo ningún comentario, yo tampoco. Algunas horas más tarde, mi incredulo amigo llamó para hacerme saber que su hija estaba cantando en lenguas extrañas sin parar. Mi respuesta fue que había recibido al Espíritu Santo, y ella también ya tenía el Don de hablar en lenguas. Para concluir, le deje a mi amigo esta reflexión. "El Espíritu Santo va donde le llaman, pero también tienes que abrir tu corazón para recibirlo".

The ‘Buts’ of the Power of Prayer

Dear Believers: Surely, you have heard that some people have been healed of terrible illness through the power of prayer; such like cancer or HIV. The question is, if a plain prayer has the power of healing. Let me to explain it this way. A simple prayer could be as powerful as well as a weakness. If you pray without faith, it is the same as a hollow tree. But, who really makes the miracles? The Holy Spirit does. Nevertheless, the Holy Spirit does not make any miracle if your prayer request does not come forward from the Heavenly Father, but the Heavenly Father does not answer to your prayer if this does not pass first through His beloved Son, Jesus Christ. Let me being more specific. Most of the time, we do not make a good prayer. Everyone is able to make a prayer, that is right, but that is not meaning that God response to all prayers. Let me give an example. You have a need. This could be a financial or health problem. You make a prayer, but if you have not enough faith, then your prayer fails. On the other hand, you have faith, but also your prayer failed. You did not make a good prayer. Now, let me put it on these words. As I explained in the lines above, the one who makes miracles is the Holy Spirit, but nothing goes to Almighty Father without Jesus’ intercession. Then, all your needs has to be risen to Jesus Christ, then later, Jesus passes your prayer forward to the Heavenly Father. Upon, Heavenly Father receives your needs via Jesus’ intercession. The Holy Father gives an order to the Holy Spirit, who is the person that makes the miracles. Well, the Holy Spirit is God, and God is the Trinity, that meaning three persons in one: Holy Father, Holy Son, and Holy Spirit. Now, I am going to share with you a true story about the power of the prayer. This is the story. My landlord spoke with me regarding a friend of hers, who suffered from terrible pain on his legs and elbows. She knew I have reflexology and body massage skills, and then she requested me to take care of her friend. For the last three years, her friend suffered of pain on his body, particularly all those frosty days. Days later, I met my landlord’s friend to start a reflexology session, before that, we talked a little bit about his concern, and he told me had developed along his body a painful strange illness, which made him a fearful person. During three years, he had to take tons of pain pills to decrease his painfulness. At the same time, he had fears of almost everything. He did not know the reason of his strange illness or the doctors either. I asked him if he practiced any religion. He said, “I am catholic and returned to my church; because, I want to be released from my worries and fears. Most doctors cannot help me find a cure for my fearfulness.” “Would you like to receive the Holy Spirit?” I asked. “How?” He answered. I explained to him about how to pray in tongues and how, through the power of prayer, the Holy Spirit can touch anyone, who is open to receiving it. Once he accepted it I prayed for him for several minutes, and then later, he started sobbing until he was weeping as a little child. I told that the Holy Spirit had touched him. Hence, his life would become better. Some days later, I received a phone call from him to let me know that he was much better of his painful body, but the most important thing was that his fearfulness had disappeared. He curiously asked me. “David, how did you do it?” “I did not anything.” I answered. “Who made it happened was the Holy Spirit. I just called him through the prayer in tongues. The Holy Spirit comes over at any time that you call Him. You only need to believe it” Dear Believers, to believe is the key for having faith. To receive the Holy Spirit into your heart is to recognize that Jesus is the Lord. Jesus is God. Heavenly Father is God. The Holy Spirit is God; nevertheless, who makes the miracles is the Holy Spirit. In the powerful name of Jesus, be healed.

Los ‘peros' del Poder de la Oración

Queridos creyentes: Seguramente, usted ha oído que algunas personas se han curado de terribles enfermedades a través del poder de la oración; tales como el cáncer o el Sida. La pregunta es, si una simple oración tiene el poder de sanar. Permítanme explicarlo de esta manera. Una simple oración puede ser tan poderosa, así como débil. Orar sin fe, es lo mismo que un árbol hueco. Pero, ¿Quién realmente hace los milagros? El Espíritu Santo los hace. Prayer in Tongues (The Holy Spirit's Language)

When the day of Pentecost came, all the believers were gathered together in one place. There are different abilities to perform service, but the same God gives ability to all for their particular services. The Spirit’s presence is shown in some way in each person for the good of all. The Spirit gives one person a message full of wisdom, while to another person the same Spirit gives a message full of knowledge. One and the same Spirit gives faith to one person, while to another person he gives the power to heal. The Spirit gives one person the power to work miracles; to another, the gift to speaking God’s message; and to yet another, the ability to tell the difference between gifts that come from the Spirit and those that do not. To one person he gives the ability to speak in strange tongues, and to another he gives the ability to explain what is said. But it is one and the same Spirit who does all this: as he wishes, he gives a different gift to each person. 1 Corinthians 12: 4-11 The gift that I have received from the Holy Spirit is to speak in strange tongues. Oracion en Lenguas (El Lenguaje del Espiritu Santo)

De repente, un gran ruido que venia del cielo, como de un viento fuerte resonó en toda la casa donde ellos estaban. Y se les aparecieron lenguas como de fuego, repartidas sobre cada uno de ellos. Y todos quedaron llenos del Espíritu Santo, y comenzaron a hablar en otras lenguas, según el Espíritu hacían que hablaran. Hechos 2: 1-4 Una persona puede recibir diferentes dones, pero el que los concede as un mismo Espíritu, Hay diferentes maneras de servir, pero todas por encargo de un mismo Señor. Y hay diferentes poderes para actuar, pero es un mismo Dios el que lo hace todo en todos. Dios da a cada uno alguna prueba de la presencia del Espíritu, para provecho de todos. Por medio del Espíritu, a uno les concede que hablen con sabiduría; y a otros por el mismo Espíritu, les concede que hablen con profundo conocimiento. The day that I received the gift of speaking in tongues

The first time that I heard of prayer talking in tongues was in 2005. I was looking to purchase a car. I encountered a Pastor; who was selling a car. The car was not to my liking; however, we had a conversation regarding God. He told me that speaking in tongues is an easier way to talk with God. “Where did you learn it.?” I asked. He said that speaking in tongues is a gift only given by the Holy Spirit, and whoever wants it, may receive it. You only need to request it from the Holy Spirit. I asked him if he could pray in tongues for me. I was curious to know about it, and how it would sound. He closed his eyes and started speaking in his own language (of course in English). Then soon spoke in tongues. He did not pronounce a complete sentence nor understandable words. He spit out sounds not comprehensible. I tried to understand him, but I could not decipher words or phrases. The following days my curiosity about prayer in tongues was enormous. I researched speaking in tongues through the internet, Bible, friends, and people I know that spend a lot of time in churches. Yet no one was able to teach me how to speak in tongues. After many attempts, I quit in my desire of speaking in tongues. A little over one year later, I contacted a friend of mine from my own town, Acapulco, Mexico. We spoke about several issues. Speaking about God was one of those topics. I realize he has the gift of prayer in tongues. I spent hours over the phone talking with my friend about so many interesting matters. I tried to absorb all information regarding his experiences of how he received the gift of speaking in tongues. However, I still did not understand it. My friend told me. “Look, David, you could never understand the mysteries of God. If you cannot speak it, it is because the Holy Spirit does not want to give you that specific gift. But, he may want to give you other gifts. You may not have asked him properly. The most important thing, you must ask the Holy Spirit with humility.” My friend was right I never asked the Holy Spirit for the gift of speaking in tongues. I just tried to imitate the Pastor. Two years after meeting the Pastor, I felt the need to pray in that strange language called The Language of the Holy Spirit. I recalled that I started with this sentence: “Holy Spirit, I offer you my body to fill it up with your presence; I open my heart to let you come inside; I offer you my mouth and thoughts to talk for me.” Soon after, I started to speak prayer in tongues. I did not understand what I was talking about, but I was consciously moving my tongue. Suddenly, I wept like a baby and could not stop. In my mind, I desired stopping, yet in my heart, I sensed a feeling of joyfulness. I often closed my eyes and seen a red light flashing across my mind. I cried repeatedly. When I finished praying, what seemed like only five minutes. In fact, I had prayed over one hour. Most of that time, I had wept. Having cried made me feel better. From that time on, I like to pray in tongues at least 2 minutes every day. I also have learned that when you prayer in tongues for yourself, you reach a personal spiritual development. I sense that all my prayers are being listened. I have not doubt about it. Upon receiving the gift of speaking in tongues, I wondered how I could use it on behalf of other. I was concerned. I had many questions and no answers. Days later, I met a catholic priest, who also has the gift of speaking in tongues. I asked him, why does praying in tongues make me happy, but at the same time, it makes me cry? He told me that the Holy Spirit was working on me, and he explained it to me. “You figure out that your body is a washer machine, where you load the soiled linen. The dirty linens are your sins. The Holy Spirit becomes the detergent and bleach. These clean your clothing.” He said. “On the same way.” He added, “Your body was loaded with your sins, fears, grieves, and doubts. When you prayed in tongues, you received the Holy Spirit, who was cleaning up of your entire heavy load.” On the following days, speaking in tongues was a need. Now my desire is to use my gift on behalf of people. Therefore, I wondered how to go about it. One night I drove from Salem to Redmond, Oregon for a business matter. A friend of mine was my companion. The car stereo was on, but in certain areas of the road, the frequency was being interrupted. Therefore, I decided to turn off the radio. For miles, we were the only drivers on the road. At that time, I wanted to pray in tongues, even though I knew my friend would not understand a word that I was saying. After praying in tongues for about 45 minutes, I noticed my friend wept like a baby. “Cry is good and I am happy for you,” I told him, “You should be happy, because the Holy Spirit has touched you.” Later, he confessed to me that when I started to pray in tongues, he thought I was joking. He asked me if I could pray in tongues for his sick mother for God to heal her. “What is your mom’s problem? I asked. He said that the doctors did not know what the problem was. Her veins were so skinny that was necessary feeding her by tubes, and she could need a surgery. “Do you believe that the Holy Spirit is capable of healing your mother?” I asked him. “Only God can heal her,” he answered. “The Holy Spirit is God. Jesus is God. The Holy Father is God.” I replied. “But there is only one God. These three persons work like a team. Nothing goes to God directly, rather through Jesus, God’s son. However, the Holy Spirit is who makes the miracles.” I added. “Let me pray for your mother. I will pray for 77 days for her.” During the time I was praying for her, I sensed a heavy environment around me. I was tired and bored of praying. This happened four times during the period of the seventy-seven days and I did not know why. Nevertheless, I while was praying one of those days, a received a message from the Holy Spirit. It was a vision, this happened. I saw a door house, someone had knocked over and over, but no body opened the door. I immediately understood that the Holy Spirit had visited to my friend’s mother, but she refused to accept Him. Then, I contacted to my friend and I told him about my vision. “Your mother is not sick. She is very sad and feeling alone. However, she refuses to accept to the Holy Spirit” I told him. I strongly encouraged him to talk with her mother about it; she needed getting a confession and repentance of her sins; but the most important thing, she should accept to the Holy Spirit. Days before to accomplish the round of prayer in tongues, my friend called me to let me know that his mother had discharged from the Hospital. The surgery was not necessary.

La primera vez que oí hablar de la oración en lenguas fue en 2005. Yo estaba buscando comprar un coche. Me encontré con un Pastor, quien estaba vendiendo un coche. El coche no fue de mi gusto; sin embargo, tuvimos una conversación sobre Dios. Me dijo que hablar en lenguas es la manera más fácil de hablar con Dios. "¿Dónde aprendiste a orar en lenguas?", Le pregunté. Dijo que orar en lenguas es un Don dado sólo por el Espíritu Santo, y quien quiera puede recibirlo. Sólo tiene que pedirla al Espíritu Santo. El cerró los ojos y empezó a hablar en su propio idioma (por supuesto, en Inglés). Luego de pronto habla en lenguas. No pronunciaba una frase completa, ni palabras comprensibles. Él emitía sonidos no comprensibles. Yo trataba de entender, pero no podía descifrar una simple palabra o frases. En los días siguientes mi curiosidad acerca de la Oración en Lenguas era enorme. Investigué acerca de orar en lenguas a través del Internet, la Biblia, amigos, y las personas que conozco que pasan mucho tiempo en las iglesias. Sin embargo, nadie fue capaz de enseñarme a orar en lenguas. Después de muchos intentos, cese en mi deseo de orar en lenguas. Un poco más de un año más tarde, me puse en contacto con un amigo de mi propia ciudad, Acapulco, México. Hablamos acerca de varias cuestiones. Hablar acerca de Dios fue uno de esos temas. Supe entonces que el posee el Don de la Oración en Lenguas. Pasé horas en el teléfono hablando con mi amigo acerca de tantos asuntos interesantes. Traté de absorber toda la información relativa a sus experiencias de cómo recibió el Don de orar en lenguas. Sin embargo, yo aún no lo entendía. Mi amigo me dijo. "Mira, David, tu nunca podrías comprender los misterios de Dios. Si tu no puedes hablar en lenguas; es porque el Espíritu Santo no quiere darte ese Don. Pero, tal vez quiera darte otros dones. Puede también, que no lo has pedido correctamente. Lo más importante, debes pedir al Espíritu Santo con humildad. " Mi amigo tenía razón, nunca le pedí al Espíritu Santo el Don de orar en lenguas. Yo sólo trataba de imitar el Pastor. Dos años después de aquella reunión con el Pastor, sentí la necesidad de orar en aquella extraña lengua para mí, también conocida como El Lenguaje del Espíritu Santo. Recuerdo que empecé con esta frase: "Espíritu Santo, te ofrezco mi cuerpo para que lo llenes con su presencia. Abro mi corazón para que entres en el; te ofrezco mi boca y pensamientos para que hables por mí. " Poco después, comencé a orar en lenguas. Yo no entendía lo que estaba hablando, pero yo estaba consciente que mi lengua se movía. De pronto empecé a llorar como un bebé y no podía parar. Dentro de mi mente, deseaba parar, pero en mi corazón, sentía una sensación de júbilo. A menudo cerraba los ojos y veía una luz roja parpadeante que cruzaba mi mente. Lloré varias veces. Cuando terminé de orar, parecía ser sólo cinco minutos. De hecho, yo había orado durante más de una hora. La mayor parte de ese tiempo, yo había llorado; y me hizo sentir bien. A partir de entonces, me gusta orar en lenguas por lo menos 2 minutos cada día. También he aprendido que cuando Oras en Lenguas para uno mismo, alcanzas un desarrollo espiritual personal. Ahora Tengo la certidumbre de que todas mis oraciones están siendo escuchadas. No tengo dudas. Al recibir el Don de orar en lenguas, me preguntaba cómo podía utilizar en beneficio de otros. Yo estaba interesado. Tenía muchas preguntas y no respuestas. Días más tarde, me encontré con un sacerdote católico, que también tiene el Don de orar en lenguas. Le pregunté, ¿por qué orar en lenguas me hace sentir feliz, pero al mismo tiempo, me hace llorar? Me dijo que el Espíritu Santo estaba trabajando en mí, y él me lo explicó de esta manera. "Imagina que tu cuerpo es una lavadora, donde la cargas de ropa sucia. La ropa sucia son tus pecados. El Espíritu Santo es el detergente y cloro, los cuales limpian la ropa.” Dijo. "En la misma manera.", agregó, "Tu cuerpo se cargó con tus pecados, miedos, penas, y dudas. Cuando oras en lenguas, estas recibiendo al Espíritu Santo, que te limpia de tus sufrimientos. Una noche conducía de Salem a Redmond, Oregon, por asuntos de negocios. Un amigo mío me acompañaba. Inmediatamente entendí que el Espíritu Santo había visitado a la madre de mi amigo, pero ella se negó a aceptarlo. Entonces, me puse en contacto con mi amigo y le comente acerca de mi visión. "Tu madre no está enferma. Ella está muy triste y tiene un sentimiento de soledad. Sin embargo, ella se niega a aceptar al Espíritu Santo. "le dije. Lo invite a que hablara con su madre acerca de mi visión; y que ella necesitaba confesarse y arrepentirse de sus pecados, pero lo más importante, ella debería aceptar al Espíritu Santo. Días antes de concluir la jornada de la Oración en lenguas, mi amigo me llamó para que comunicarme que su madre había sido dado de alta del hospital. La cirugía no fue necesaria.
