Los ‘peros' del Poder de la Oración

Queridos creyentes: Seguramente, usted ha oído que algunas personas se han curado de terribles enfermedades a través del poder de la oración; tales como el cáncer o el Sida. La pregunta es, si una simple oración tiene el poder de sanar. Permítanme explicarlo de esta manera. Una simple oración puede ser tan poderosa, así como débil. Orar sin fe, es lo mismo que un árbol hueco. Pero, ¿Quién realmente hace los milagros? El Espíritu Santo los hace. Sin embargo, el Espíritu Santo no hace ningún milagro si su petición no viene directamente del Padre Celestial, pero el Padre Celestial no da respuesta a su oración, si esta no pasa primero a través de Su Hijo amado, Jesucristo. Permítaseme ser más específico. La mayoría de las veces, no hacemos una buena oración. Todo el mundo es capaz de hacer una oración, pero ese no significa que Dios de respuesta a todas las oraciones. Prayer in Tongues (The Holy Spirit's Language)

When the day of Pentecost came, all the believers were gathered together in one place. Suddenly there was a noise from the sky, which sounded like a strong wind blowing, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then they saw what looked like tongues of fire, which spread out and touched each person there. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to talk in other languages, as the Spirit enabled them to speak. Act 2: 1-4 There are different kinds of spiritual gifts, but the same Spirit gives them. There are different ways of serving, but the same Lord is served. There are different abilities to perform service, but the same God gives ability to all for their particular services. The Spirit’s presence is shown in some way in each person for the good of all. The Spirit gives one person a message full of wisdom, while to another person the same Spirit gives a message full of knowledge. One and the same Spirit gives faith to one person, while to another person he gives the power to heal. The Spirit gives one person the power to work miracles; to another, the gift to speaking God’s message; and to yet another, the ability to tell the difference between gifts that come from the Spirit and those that do not. To one person he gives the ability to speak in strange tongues, and to another he gives the ability to explain what is said. But it is one and the same Spirit who does all this: as he wishes, he gives a different gift to each person. 1 Corinthians 12: 4-11 The gift that I have received from the Holy Spirit is to speak in strange tongues. A unos Dios les da capacidad de distinguir entre los espíritus falsos y el Espíritu verdadero, y a otros les da la capacidad de hablar en lenguas; y todavía a otros les da la capacidad de interpretar lo que se ha dicho en esas lenguas. The day that I received the gift of speaking in tongues

The first time that I heard of prayer talking in tongues was in 2005. I was looking to purchase a car. I encountered a Pastor; who was selling a car. The car was not to my liking; however, we had a conversation regarding God. He told me that speaking in tongues is an easier way to talk with God. “Where did you learn it.?” I asked. He said that speaking in tongues is a gift only given by the Holy Spirit, and whoever wants it, may receive it. You only need to request it from the Holy Spirit. I asked him if he could pray in tongues for me. I was curious to know about it, and how it would sound. He closed his eyes and started speaking in his own language (of course in English). Then soon spoke in tongues. He did not pronounce a complete sentence nor understandable words. He spit out sounds not comprehensible. I tried to understand him, but I could not decipher words or phrases. The following days my curiosity about prayer in tongues was enormous. I researched speaking in tongues through the internet, Bible, friends, and people I know that spend a lot of time in churches. Yet no one was able to teach me how to speak in tongues. After many attempts, I quit in my desire of speaking in tongues. A little over one year later, I contacted a friend of mine from my own town, Acapulco, Mexico. We spoke about several issues. Speaking about God was one of those topics. I realize he has the gift of prayer in tongues. I spent hours over the phone talking with my friend about so many interesting matters. I tried to absorb all information regarding his experiences of how he received the gift of speaking in tongues. However, I still did not understand it. My friend told me. “Look, David, you could never understand the mysteries of God. If you cannot speak it, it is because the Holy Spirit does not want to give you that specific gift. But, he may want to give you other gifts. You may not have asked him properly. The most important thing, you must ask the Holy Spirit with humility.” My friend was right I never asked the Holy Spirit for the gift of speaking in tongues. I just tried to imitate the Pastor. Two years after meeting the Pastor, I felt the need to pray in that strange language called The Language of the Holy Spirit. I recalled that I started with this sentence: “Holy Spirit, I offer you my body to fill it up with your presence; I open my heart to let you come inside; I offer you my mouth and thoughts to talk for me.” Soon after, I started to speak prayer in tongues. I did not understand what I was talking about, but I was consciously moving my tongue. Suddenly, I wept like a baby and could not stop. In my mind, I desired stopping, yet in my heart, I sensed a feeling of joyfulness. I often closed my eyes and seen a red light flashing across my mind. I cried repeatedly. When I finished praying, what seemed like only five minutes. In fact, I had prayed over one hour. Most of that time, I had wept. Having cried made me feel better. From that time on, I like to pray in tongues at least 2 minutes every day. I also have learned that when you prayer in tongues for yourself, you reach a personal spiritual development. I sense that all my prayers are being listened. I have not doubt about it. Upon receiving the gift of speaking in tongues, I wondered how I could use it on behalf of other. I was concerned. I had many questions and no answers. Days later, I met a catholic priest, who also has the gift of speaking in tongues. I asked him, why does praying in tongues make me happy, but at the same time, it makes me cry? He told me that the Holy Spirit was working on me, and he explained it to me. “You figure out that your body is a washer machine, where you load the soiled linen. The dirty linens are your sins. The Holy Spirit becomes the detergent and bleach. These clean your clothing.” He said. “On the same way.” He added, “Your body was loaded with your sins, fears, grieves, and doubts. When you prayed in tongues, you received the Holy Spirit, who was cleaning up of your entire heavy load.” On the following days, speaking in tongues was a need. Now my desire is to use my gift on behalf of people. Therefore, I wondered how to go about it. One night I drove from Salem to Redmond, Oregon for a business matter. A friend of mine was my companion. The car stereo was on, but in certain areas of the road, the frequency was being interrupted. Therefore, I decided to turn off the radio. For miles, we were the only drivers on the road. At that time, I wanted to pray in tongues, even though I knew my friend would not understand a word that I was saying. After praying in tongues for about 45 minutes, I noticed my friend wept like a baby. “Cry is good and I am happy for you,” I told him, “You should be happy, because the Holy Spirit has touched you.” Later, he confessed to me that when I started to pray in tongues, he thought I was joking. He asked me if I could pray in tongues for his sick mother for God to heal her. “What is your mom’s problem? I asked. He said that the doctors did not know what the problem was. Her veins were so skinny that was necessary feeding her by tubes, and she could need a surgery. “Do you believe that the Holy Spirit is capable of healing your mother?” I asked him. “Only God can heal her,” he answered. “The Holy Spirit is God. Jesus is God. The Holy Father is God.” I replied. “But there is only one God. These three persons work like a team. Nothing goes to God directly, rather through Jesus, God’s son. However, the Holy Spirit is who makes the miracles.” I added. “Let me pray for your mother. I will pray for 77 days for her.” During the time I was praying for her, I sensed a heavy environment around me. I was tired and bored of praying. This happened four times during the period of the seventy-seven days and I did not know why. Nevertheless, I while was praying one of those days, a received a message from the Holy Spirit. It was a vision, this happened. I saw a door house, someone had knocked over and over, but no body opened the door. I immediately understood that the Holy Spirit had visited to my friend’s mother, but she refused to accept Him. Then, I contacted to my friend and I told him about my vision. “Your mother is not sick. She is very sad and feeling alone. However, she refuses to accept to the Holy Spirit” I told him. I strongly encouraged him to talk with her mother about it; she needed getting a confession and repentance of her sins; but the most important thing, she should accept to the Holy Spirit. Days before to accomplish the round of prayer in tongues, my friend called me to let me know that his mother had discharged from the Hospital. The surgery was not necessary.

La primera vez que oí hablar de la oración en lenguas fue en 2005. Yo estaba buscando comprar un coche. Me encontré con un Pastor, quien estaba vendiendo un coche. Investigué acerca de orar en lenguas a través del Internet, la Biblia, amigos, y las personas que conozco que pasan mucho tiempo en las iglesias. Sin embargo, nadie fue capaz de enseñarme a orar en lenguas. Después de muchos intentos, cese en mi deseo de orar en lenguas. Un poco más de un año más tarde, me puse en contacto con un amigo de mi propia ciudad, Acapulco, México. Hablamos acerca de varias cuestiones. Hablar acerca de Dios fue uno de esos temas. Supe entonces que el posee el Don de la Oración en Lenguas. Pasé horas en el teléfono hablando con mi amigo acerca de tantos asuntos interesantes. Dos años después de aquella reunión con el Pastor, sentí la necesidad de orar en aquella extraña lengua para mí, también conocida como El Lenguaje del Espíritu Santo. Recuerdo que empecé con esta frase: "Espíritu Santo, te ofrezco mi cuerpo para que lo llenes con su presencia. Abro mi corazón para que entres en el; te ofrezco mi boca y pensamientos para que hables por mí. " Poco después, comencé a orar en lenguas. Yo no entendía lo que estaba hablando, pero yo estaba consciente que mi lengua se movía. De pronto empecé a llorar como un bebé y no podía parar. Dentro de mi mente, deseaba parar, pero en mi corazón, sentía una sensación de júbilo. A menudo cerraba los ojos y veía una luz roja parpadeante que cruzaba mi mente. Lloré varias veces. Yo estaba interesado. Tenía muchas preguntas y no respuestas. Días más tarde, me encontré con un sacerdote católico, que también tiene el Don de orar en lenguas. Day of Prayer for six hours interrupted

Dear believer. If you have considered launching a journey of prayer of six hours straight, then, you have chosen an important decision that would change the course of your life. It is important you consider following these points below, before starting your prayer’s journey. 1. Establish clearly the reason of your prayer. 2. Establish date of starting. 3. Consider getting a fasting (drink only water) at least one day, but no more than three days. 4. You should say the prayer below, every night before to go bed until the time of the prayer’s journey. Prayer’s Journey of the Six Hours Straight. First Hour: 6:00 to 7:00 AM Set up of Altar and Confession. • Put down a Bible on a table as well as a white candle, incense and matches, Holy water, a white rose, a Holy Rosary and a book for recitation of the Holy rosary, Novena Divine Child Jesus and an image of Jesus Christ. Note: If you are not catholic, you may want to switch all these items at your preferences. • Wear completely on white cloths. • Offer your prayer to Holy Father for the Passion and Death of Jesus Christ; for his wounds, holy blood, and his resurrection. Visualize all these Jesus’ episodes. Say fragment below or changed by a prayer of your preference. “I acknowledge the God of the people of Israel as my own God, I acknowledge the God of Abraham, Moses and Jacob as my own God, I recognize the God of the kings David and Solomon as my own God, so that is why I raise my prayers to Him” (Say the reasons of your prayers) Second Hours: 7:00 to 8:00 AM Holy Water and Worship Blessing the place where you being praising along with white rose and Holy water while you are reading biblical texts about John the Baptist, and the Baptism of Jesus Christ. Estimado creyente: Si has considerado iniciar una jornada de oración de seis horas ininterrumpida, entonces, has tomado una importante decisión que podría cambiar el rumbo de tu vida. Tu deseo de cambiar parte de tu vida, tiene en si su propia recompensa. Yo llamo a esa recompensa “fe”. La fe tiene muchos significados. Sin embargo, el significado más importante es entre Dios y Tú, y ese vínculo es, creer. Por lo tanto, tu recompensa es la fe, que sería el combustible que mueva tus oraciones. Sin embargo, una oración sin fe sería como un árbol hueco. En mi Testimonio “Cómo sane de la diabetes”, establecí claramente que puse mi fe en el Divino Niño Jesús, y tal como un guerrero, reuní todas mis armas para luchar seis horas ininterrumpidas. Ahora, voy a explicar paso a paso cómo debes prepararte para recibir un milagro obrado por el Espíritu Santo. Ten en cuenta que la fe no es un regalo, o cualquier cosa que puedas comprar en el supermercado, sino que es un premio ganando cuando se tiene fe. La Jornada de Oración de las Seis Horas Ininterrumpidas, se ha dividido en seis etapas, cada paso de una hora de duración. Es importante que consideres seguir los puntos abajo señalados, antes de iniciar tu jornada de oración. 1. Establecer claramente el motivo de tu oración. 2. Establecer la fecha de inicio. 3. Considera la posibilidad de realizar un ayuno (sólo beber agua) por lo menos un día, pero no más de tres días. 4. Tiene que decir la siguiente oración, todas las noches antes de ir dormir hasta la llegada de la jornada de oración. Jornada de Oración de las Seis Horas Ininterrumpidas. Primera Hora: 6:00 a 7:00 AM Poner un Altar y Confesión. • Coloque sobre una mesa una Biblia, una vela blanca, incienso y fósforos, agua bendita, una rosa blanca, un Santo Rosario y un libro para la recitación del Santo Rosario, Novena Divino Niño Jesús y una imagen de Jesucristo. Nota: Si usted no es católico, puede que desee cambiar todos estos objetos a su preferencia. • Vista completamente de blanco. • Ofrezca sus oraciones al Santo Padre por la Pasión y Muerte de Jesucristo; por sus heridas, por su bendita sangre, y su Resurrección. Visualizar todos estos episodios de la vida de Jesús. Recitar el fragmento a continuación o cambiarlo por una oración de su preferencia. "Yo reconozco el Dios del pueblo de Israel como a mi propio Dios, Yo reconozco el Dios de Abraham, Moisés y Jacob, como a mi propio Dios, Yo reconozco el Dios de los reyes David y Salomón como a mi propio Dios, por eso a El elevo mis oraciones "(Decir los motivos de sus oraciones) Segunda Hora: 7:00 a 8:00 AM Agua Bendita y Adoración. Bendecir el lugar donde este alabando a Dios; use la rosa blanca y agua bendita mientras está leyendo textos bíblicos sobre Juan el Bautista, y el Bautismo de Jesús. Tiene que pronunciar en repetidas ocasiones "Jesús de Nazaret, Yo confío en ti." Tercera Hora: 8:00 a 9:00 AM Vela blanca y la intimidad con el Señor. • Encender una vela blanca mientras este rezando el Santo Rosario (También decir una novena al Divino Niño Jesús) Decir la siguiente oración: La oración de los Siete Padre Nuestro Oh! Jesús Redentor, Tu que has facultado a tus apóstoles a curar toda clase de enfermedad Por imposibles que parezcan. Oh! Jesús Misericordioso, que nos enseñaste a orar con la poderosa Oración del Padre Nuestro, y quien lo hiciere con devoción, e invoque tu Santísimo Nombre, todas sus necesidades serán resueltas, tal y como lo hiciste con aquel soldado romano. Oh! Jesús de Nazaret. (Repetir 3 veces) Hijo de Dios Padre Todopoderoso (Decir sus necesidades y rezar siete veces el Padre Nuestro) Al concluir decir:"Por su Santo Nombre y mi fe. Amén” Cuatro horas: de 9:00 a 10:00 AM Biblia e intercesión. • La lectura de la Biblia se centrara en temas relacionados con la fe. • Pedir por nuestros seres queridos, e incluso por aquellos que nos han perjudicado. Quinta Hora: 10:00 a 11:00 AM Incienso y Acción de Gracias. • Quemar incienso y cantar salmos y cánticos religiosos de su preferencia. • Agradecer a la Santísima Trinidad: Dios Padre, Dios Hijo y Dios Espíritu Santo. Sexta Hora: 11:00 AM a 12:00 PM Peticiones. • Pida por todas sus necesidades, en particular por su principal petición de salud o un problema financiero, o lo que quieras) • Este paso es el más importante de su Jornada de Oración. Tienes que orar al Dios Padre Todopoderoso y pedir por los meritos de la infancia del Divino Niño Jesús. • Ofrecimiento en Acción de Gracias. Podría ser la distribución de una imagen del Divino Niño Jesús o hacer una caridad o lo que quieras hacer. Recuerde que este es un acto de acción de gracias. Una vez que haya completado su Jornada de Oración, coma un almuerzo ligero, este podría ser un plato de frutas, ensalada y una sopa de pollo, y luego disfrutar el resto del día. Te recuerdo la promesa de Jesús. “Por esta razón, te digo, cuando pidas algo en oración, cree que lo has recibido. Y se te concederá lo que hayas pedido”. (Marcos: 11:24)
